College union of Sree Anjaneya College of Nursing is an elected body of the students for the promotion of the practice of leadership qualities among the students. The union functions under the guidance of a staff advisor appointed by the Principal.

Activities
- Participated in KUHS North Zonal arts fest and achieved various prizes.
- Participated in All Kerala KUHS Athletic meet 2023-2024 and Muhammed Aflah IV th year BSc Nursing student got Gold medal in Pole Vault( 1st prize) .
- The first ever college magazine “Calliope” released by Dr. Iqbal VM, Dean student affairs and NSS program coordinator.
- Conducted various programmes like Onam celebration, Xmas celebration and food fest.
