Dialysis

A value-added course on “Dialysis” was successfully conducted on 05/07/2025 at the Fourth semester classroom. The session aimed to enhance students’ knowledge regarding Dialysis and care of patients before, after, and during the dialysis process. A total of 59 students participated in the session.

The course covered vital aspects including

• Definition of Dialysis
• Principles of Dialysis
• Types of Dialysis
• Procedure of Dialysis
• Complications of Dialysis

The session was interactive and involved presentations, case-based discussion, and hands-on demonstration to reinforce learning. Students actively participated and clarified their doubts, making the session highly engaging and informative.

The course helped students strengthen their practical understanding of dialysis and its importance in nursing and clinical practice. The participants gained a comprehensive understanding of dialysis, thereby improving their preparedness for clinical posting and future professional roles. The session ended at 4 pm
